We respect your privacy and any information collected on this
Website will not be shared with any third party without your
consent. You will only receive communications from Rushbox regarding
order status and promotional mailing if you opt to do so. Industry standard visitor tracking is present on this site for statistical and sale information, this will not effect your shopping experience in any way.
Delivery
In stock items will be despatched from our warehouse within 3
working days, do allow for the post. If your desired
product is not in stock or un-available in your size please
contact us with your request, and we we will try to get the
item to you within 7-10 working days.
Our customers are given the opportunity to give delivery instructions for their order, such as leave in shed or deliver to a neighbour. We cannot guarantee that these instructions will be carried out by the delivery service and on the occasions whereby delivery instructions are followed we can not accept liablity for ensuring that the customer receives the parcel.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact returns@rushbox.co.uk to obtain a returns number before returning any items.
Once you have obtained a returns number please post the items back to us in it's original un-used condition with all tags and packaging within 14 days also quoting your order number shown on your invoice or confirmation email, advising whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
Please note we cannot refund the delivery charge on returned items, any items returned without previously obtaining an authorisation number will not be accepted.
Christmas Returns
We appreciate gifts are often bought in the Christmas months and not even worn for the first time until December 25th. Any items bought from November 17th - December 22nd have an extended returns allowance and can be returned up to the 17th January. If you wish to return an item purchased during this period the normal return conditions apply (see above).
Please mark the parcel "Returns
Department" and let us know the reason for the return. Alternatively
please use our contact form (selecting the subject as returns)
with
any query you may have. Please be aware that you are responsible
for the return item arriving back at Rushbox's warehouse, we
strongly advise using recorded or insured delivery for returns.
